Sea Slug Self-care

I’m so sorry, everyone, but I have come down with a bug. My voice started to go yesterday, is down to a croak today; and I’ve developed a headache, nausea and the chills as well as other symptoms knocking me flat.

Luckily, Mike North and I pre-channeled the Platforms for today’s event and he is more than capable of delivering Michael’s message and the relevant info.

Meanwhile, I am embracing my Sea Slug Power Animal and taking things at a slower pace for now. Thanks for your patience and understanding
